I am a registered Tai Chi, Chi Kung and Meditation teacher having trained with the light foundation since 2010 and teaching since 2014. I am also a registered Yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance and the British Wheel. Each of my sessions is unique through the many practices I have trained in.Each of my class sessions whether they be one to one or in a group setting are designed to increase energy, become stronger and reduce stress. My approach emphasizes long-term health through the practice of Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Yoga and Meditation.
